I believe they mostly use Seiko movements. I am looking for an afforable chronograph, but the ones I've looked at so far (E.g. Seiko SSB377P1, Citizen AT2141-52L, Tissot Chrono XL) are all 40-45mm diameter. I have quite small wrists (16 cm) so the Dan Henry 1964 Gran Turismo might be a good option, as it is only 38mm in diameter.
